MATTERS TO CONSIDER ABOUT WARRANTY

• Documents that do not have a sales date, factory and vendor approval are invalid. To take advantage of the guarantee, the guarantee certificate must be shown.
• Device; It is guaranteed against malfunctions that may arise from defects in material and workmanship, provided that it is mounted and used as described in the assembly, use, maintenance manual.
• It is our company’s responsibility to determine the faults covered by the warranty, to fix them and to determine their location.
• Guarantee given; In the event that the installation, use and maintenance manual and warranty conditions are complied with, it belongs only to the guaranteed device and no right or compensation can be claimed under any other name.
• If scraping, erasing or changes are made on the information showing the type, model and serial numbers of the device on the warranty certificate or on the guaranteed device, the warranty will be voided.
• The warranty includes maintenance and repair only against malfunctions related to material and workmanship defects that may occur within the valid periods. Defects and parts under warranty are repaired and replaced free of charge. The new installed parts belong to our company.
• During the warranty period, only the service personnel of our company can intervene in the malfunctions. The device, which is interfered with by an unauthorized person or persons, is out of warranty.
• Installation should be done by authorized service personnel and in case of changing the place of use of the device, the service should be notified.
• In case of any malfunction during use, the authorized service should be notified.
• Elimination of damages and malfunctions that may occur during loading, unloading and shipment processes outside the responsibility of our company will be treated outside of the warranty. Likewise, the repair of damages and malfunctions caused by external factors during the use of the device is out of warranty.
• Motor malfunctions caused by electrical usage errors are not covered by the warranty.
• Damages caused by user error are not covered by the warranty.
• Defects resulting from the use of the product contrary to the items in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.
